Credit card fraud is a million dollar industry today. In today’s time it is not an option to not to have a credit card for new generation. You can’t be carrying a pocketful of notes if you are in business or otherwise going for shopping.
The Times of India reports that Credit Card safety is at perils with the new device called skimmer. When you offer your card for swipe on a petrol pump, a restaurant, shop or any other outlet, a bystander may be copying your card with a skimmer in his pocket. The person may use your details for online shopping or may sell it to a bigger racket.
So, next time be careful while shopping with a credit card lest the monthly statement takes you by surprise.
