Ahlcon Internatoinal School, situated in Mayur Vihar makes a difference to the visitor. There is conspicuous creativity every where, a creative brainwork of Principal Ashok Pandey.
Ashok is a principal with difference. You can spot smile and content on the faces of his team and kids. That is what I look for whenever I have a chance to visit a school. He mentors his teachers, giving lot of opportunity to polish teaching skills through sustained friendly approach.
No pride of position or learning has touched him. Though his learning and experience is hard to find among this community. Most principals wear a terrifying, learned look once they get the position. He has a Master’s in Physics and continues to learn incessantly. Ashok has taught in prestigious Mayo College, Ajmer and abroad as well. He was also principal at DPS, Jammu. Above his scholarship and administrative acumen, one finds a loving and caring human being in him.
If anybody intends to set up a school or wants to improve his institution, a look through the Ahlcon will be a great advantage. The space in the school has been judiciously used to create host of learning facilities for students. Juniors have a separate library. Teacher resource room is a novel addition which makes possible for teacher to search net and other material to enrich instruction in the school itself.
The School has not given enviable academic results but students have brought in laurels in sports, cultural and literary activities as well.
